Following the recommendations of the Study and thanks to the knowledge, skills and tools acquired during the face to face and online training courses for CEFs in the field of intersection, we will design a specific transfer model to mainstream intersection of gender and cultural diversity equality into he work of other domains of education and in programs related to gender and women’s participation. The transfer model has following components:
- an assessment/monitoring tool checking to what extent existing programs take into account the intersection of gender and cultural diversity;
- recommendations on how to adapt the program to gender/intersection priorities.
The transfer model produced will be the specific and practical translation of the recommendations of the study and the good practices (as results of the evaluation process) into the scope of work of each organization, taking into account their own target groups, programmes implemented, resources, skills and coordination with other actors.
