We designed the training for you, nevertheless you are already experts or beginners in diversity issues. You will benefit new ideas and examples for community educational work on intersection between gender and diversity.

We know that Community Education Facilitators are people, working in and with different communities and that they have different needs for knowledge on intersectionality. You can trust on us, we took it into account.

How It Works?

You will find bellow short explanation of how our training works.

Step 1

Each section has video lessons in it. If you think you are a beginner in this field, it is good to go trough the sections chronologically, but if you already know much about some of the topics you may choose the sections, that will give you additional knowledge. You are free to decide.

Try to answer the question after the lessons. You will find the answers below and will be able to verify weather your answers were correct.

The examples and practices in the video lessons are based on our research and practical experience in partner countries. If you consider something relevant to your every day work, do not hesitate to test it in practice.
